More Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different parts of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More images released as part of the continuing congressional release.
